Before finding out the reason behind Amanda Tapping’s sudden change of priorities, I would like to let you know that Sanctuary for Kids is a non-profit making organization aimed at the betterment of those unfortunate kids who are dispossessed.

I guess, now I don’t even need to explain the reason behind Amanda’s abrupt decision to take such an initiative. It’s the philanthropic craving inside her that must have forced her to join hands with Damian Kindler and Jill Bodie to constitute Sanctuary for Kids.

However, I also feel that the concept of the sci-fi show, Sanctuary to help the ones who need it the most would have played a decisive role in framing Amanda’s opinion.

Fans who watch Sanctuary religiously, and even look for the online feed whenever they skip any of its swashbuckling moments, must have sensed the underlying message that is conveyed through the upbringing of ‘Abnormals’ in the hideout known as Sanctuary.

The message is loud and clear that no matter what the unfortunate situation is, or whoever is at its receiving end, one should not leave a sufferer to be damned! And what that’s Amanda Tapping and some of her co-stars are up to with their mission Sanctuary for Kids.

With wars resulting in violations of human rights all across the globe, cases of exploitation of children have seen an incessant hike. And I really feel that celebrities like Amanda should come forward to curb that heinous injustice being inflicted on kids.

The fantasy series will be returning with its all new batch of edge-of-the-seats events by October this year. And I am sure with actress Amanda Tapping fetching fan-galore with her nobility drive, indirect promotion for the soon-to-released season has already begun.

During its production, she would get real busy, but once it’s over, she would have no other aim in life, but to make the ends meet for the kids.

I hope that she inspires some other noted names of the industry and compels them to think of evolving something like Sanctuary for Kids to ensure a healthy future for the next generation!
